UPDATE! New Staff

The title of 'Master' has now been changed to Archon (which is Ancient Greek for 'ruler, one who rules'... *Soraeya's Minor in university is Ancient Greek).}

We appreciate all other notifications of interest and more staff openings may be available in the future but as for now, with our new Staff members Hastonia will finally get back underway for its Grand Opening (date TBD).

Hastonian enthusiasts,

First and foremost, it is essential that we thank all you watching and following us with interest while the group slowly took root and grew into something much bigger.  After all, it's not everyday that we have the chance to share and invite others into a world of our own imaginings.  But great joy and success does not come without hardship and obstacles, and we are no exception.  These past months, as few as they may be, have by far been the most trying and strenuous on all of our patience and understanding that, while we hold out for greatness, it is sometimes the little things that worm themselves deep and riddle us with an infestuous negativity.  And it is for this that we must also apologize to everyone whom has been either caught in the crossfire or even, I regretably must say, directly victimized in passing, no matter the severity or form.  There is absolutely no excuse that can be made for this rude and appalling behaviour and shameful toll it has taken not only on Hastonia, but all of us moderators as a whole.  While we cannot expect all of you to forgive us or feel it right to coerce those who have been discouraged from joining, we hope you'll at least accept when we say "Sorry".

This leads us to our next critical announcemet; we decided on the behalf of the group and future member's wellbeing and best interests that containing the issue and pretending the possibility of a repeat would not be possible- nor tolerable.  Unfortunately, ridding ourselves of the source also meant losing the foundations to our world, meaning that the information in the journals will need to be revised thus subject to change.  But as someone told me recently, "Great admins will do anything for their group" and it is with this that we hope you all continue to uphold understanding and patience while we strive to rebuild a more suitable community with the pieces that were left to us.  

Again, we apologize, not only for having to postpone opening, but for any inconveniences we may have burdoned you with.  For those who have completed their applications or have questions, we will be accepting the opportunity for critiques. Simply comment on the group's front page and we shall see to it as soon as we can to give pointers and advise! For that, we'd also like to encourage people of all skill levels to apply. Dismissing one of our Masters means we are now hunting to fill a staff position, we must ask for moderate to high experiece with art as well as post experience with administrating (preferable). We will accept staff applications via group notes/b>.  This will all be confidential, as to not hurt anyone's feelings, and just because you're not chosen for staff, does not mean you still cannot make it in as a member.  

Once we've pinned down our new admin, only then will we be able to conclude when the group will reestablish an opening date again.

As always, Hastonians, keep your eyes set on a brighter future.
